    Needing a quick meal, we stopped at Wendy's, but the experience was far from fast. After waiting five minutes in line, we spent an additional ten minutes at the speaker before anyone acknowledged us. When they finally did, and I began to order, we were put on hold, which stretched into another ten minutes. Upon reaching the window—with no cars ahead but a long line forming behind us—I jokingly asked if we could get a discount for the excessive wait time. The 'manager' on duty curtly refused, stating they don't offer discounts. When I misheard her total and paid $24 instead of $29, she questioned if I expected her to cover the difference. I suggested it could compensate for the 20-minute wait at the speaker. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to provide a receipt or her name (beyond just her first name) were unprofessional. Pressed for time due to an upcoming funeral, we left, only to discover the entire order was wrong. Returning to the restaurant, I explained the situation, hoping for a resolution—a discount, refund, or at least correct food. The manager refused, stating she'd have to contact the district manager. Another staff member cited being short-handed as the reason for the poor service. Despite my understanding of their staffing issues and attempts to emphasize the importance of customer service, they provided the corrected order without a receipt. Given the circumstances, I had no choice but to leave, resolving never to return due to their apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. THE ABSOLUTE WORST WENDY'S IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!

    Very dirty drive up window. I pd. $12 for a small soggy Chicken sandwich( Could of got a whole package) and mostly hard fries. It was fairly hot. Was heading to the hosp. so in a hurry. Not again

    I’m very sick today and instead of cooking dinner for my family, opted for Wendy’s which unfortunately was a mistake. I sat at the drive thru and waited on my order for 15 minutes. I get home and my son was missing his fries and his juice, and the chicken sandwiches I ordered for my husband and myself were so old and hard that they are not edible. Not to mention the employees didn’t speak a single word to me except for when they took my order. I have tried making a phone call to this establishment so that we could maybe try to get a refund or perhaps some credits, and the phone is offline. Definitely won’t be eating here again.
