I expect at least warm fries and chicken nuggets 20 mins after lunch started, but my food was like they fried 10 minutes before breakfast ended.

I'm diabetic and have a very specific way that I can eat sandwiches with no bun it's literally it just don't want the bun want a little bit extra of the sauces and I don't like onion personal preference but still so I order it as such and it seems that no matter what location I go to they tell me okay that's fine here's your total pull forward I pull forward I pay and then I sit there and wait for food that is incorrect however on this particular night the gentleman at the window tonight can barely speak and understand English yet is somehow working and trying I commend him for that at least he's trying but the food safety law is that once food passes through the drive-thru window and moves from your site you are no longer allowed to take it through the window and to do so could result in a health code violation so someone better be getting in contact with me very soon or else I'm just going to go ahead and call the health department in the morning and have you all reported and then figure out about getting you all a little bit of a health code visit because I assure you from what I seen through that window you will not pass a surprise inspection as someone who works very closely with the health department where I'm from you will fail and you will be shut down all because you don't know how to train your employees to do what they're supposed to do properly and then you've got the ones that are just so rude and then the one young person brought my food out to me after I'd sat and waited for 5 minutes for them to cook fresh burgers for them to just be cold upon their request for me to wait for them to put fresh burgers on the grill not mine The person was very sweet and kind and understanding and helped me get the sauces that I need for the burger that was not made correctly the second time I still have my receipt I have my date and time and if I don't hear from someone within the next 24 hours then by 3:30 on 2:12 2026 I will be contacting the local health department and will be filing a report about the safety and the food safety of your establishment

My father was going through cancer treatment and while he could still eat, he wanted a junior burger with bacon and mustard only. This location gave us the wrong order 3 times. Such a simple request that was fumbled 3 times. He never wanted to return the burger or make a ruckus because he was simply too worn out. We went to the Kingston Pike location on the fourth attempt and they almost got it right. We had to pull the cheese off, but he finally got what he wanted (kind of). That was his last burger and I will never forgive Wendy's.
