Food took 25 minutes to arrive, when it did the burger was almost ice cold, the 2 people in front of me also had to bring their food back up due to it being cold, I get mistakes happen but to be that often is not okay, at least the place is fairly clean

Look I generally don’t do this, you can look and see that I don’t normally leave bad reviews. But something HAS to give, corporate needs to either take this store over or close it. This is and has been for a long time THE slowest Wendy’s in Knoxville. I’m not joking, even if there’s ONE car in line, I will not stop here. It would be faster to drive to another location and order your food than it would be to wait for this store. The order is almost always wrong, the people don’t care they have a bad attitude, and you can see inside to de they HAVE people; the people just don’t care.

Literally the worst Wendys location. Messed up order, long wait, rude employees. Ordered classic chicken combo and got spicy, so spicy the hubs couldn't eat it. In the trash it goes. I really think this location must be the training site for Wendys. It's been this way for a very long time.

I first arrived & tried going through the Drive Thru until the single car in front of me had not moved in 6 minutes. Nothing. No movement. No evidence of the driver speaking into the speaker microphone to submit an order. Simply nothing.
I pulled around & parked & went inside thinking that I would have more success in a face to face order. I was so very wrong. There were only three people in front of me and it took 11 minutes to simply submit my order to the only person working the front. Then, it took 23 minutes for me to obtain my 2 item order, which was incorrect for both items. I ordered a Dave's Double hamburger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, & mayonaise and a Classic Chicken sandwiche. I received a Dave's Double cheeseburger with onion and mayonaise only and I received the cheaper and smaller Crispy Chicken Sandwiche. NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE 34 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER, BUT IT TOOK 34 MINUTES TO GET 2 INCORRECT ITEMS THAT I ORDERED.
The multiple issues observed at this location are not due to an accidental order mix up by one person. This is a store wide issue where morale was onserved as being most obviously low, any training received is apparently of extremely low quality training, which is blatantly indicative that the leadership is horrible, needless to say. I won't even mention how disgusting the bathroom was when I went to wash my hands.
This location is by far the worst Wendy's that I have ever visited and I can say with certainty that I will never visit it again. In fact, I will make certain to tell others of my experience there so that they don't have to suffer the same or similar negative experience that I had. This location scores an "DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & AVOID VISITING THIS WENDY'S IF AT ALL POSSIBLE".
