  I just don't eat fast food. After eating a burger, I instantly had a visit to the restroom, where I'm certain the one cleaning it won't be happy.

  I went thru the drive thru around 11:15pm and ordered a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger without mayo. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich it had already been eaten from! Half a sandwich remained. How could this have happened? I can understand getting an order wrong but to serve food that has already been eaten from is absolutely disgusting and there is no excuse for that. I called the restaurant and got an answering machine. Hopefully a manager will return my call. Update: I called several times throughout the next day and only got an answering machine. I drove back to the store the following day and spoke to a manager and explained what had occurred. She was shocked and apologetic. She said she would get to the bottom of how food that was already eaten from was given to a customer. I really do hope she investigates and addresses it with the crew that did this. Totally unacceptable.

  Dining room way too hot even if ouside was only 20 degrees. Restrooms were filthy.

  My father was going through cancer treatment and while he could still eat, he wanted a junior burger with bacon and mustard only. This location gave us the wrong order 3 times. Such a simple request that was fumbled 3 times. He never wanted to return the burger or make a ruckus because he was simply too worn out. We went to the Kingston Pike location on the fourth attempt and they almost got it right. We had to pull the cheese off, but he finally got what he wanted (kind of). That was his last burger and I will never forgive Wendy's.
