And this location did the cutest thing, the wrapped up the fork and knife in a few napkins and put the dressing and croutons in a little bag so that everything wasnt thrown all over the take out bag. It was a clever little way to add detail. Alot of the other locations I've been to seem to have used a blindfold when constructing this order. Also, the chicken was hot and the salad was chilled. Thanks guys!
