  Slow. Unbelievably slow. Not only taking the orders but having us pull forward to wait on tenders for 14 minutes is ridiculous. The location on Cedar Bluff is even worse!

  The lady cleaning the lobby, was taking care of everything she could to keep it all clean, the cashier's helped greatly with anything we needed, thank u all

  Terrible food an management! Asked for fresh food at 10pm. Lady said sure. I pulled up to wait for fresh food they bring out what seemed like had been redipped in grease fries an nuggets and the meat was dry as a bone and tough and brought it out like 30seconds after sitting. So I to back through again only one there. That should have told me with having no business but I proceeded anyways. 2nd time around they microwaved it for sure! The meat was not edible the bun was so hot an the cartons for the fries an nuggets was too. I will never return to that place again and highly recommend others not to. When grown people play games with the customers food that provide them a paycheck something is highly wrong

  The service was fantastic, but I didn't eat inside, so it wouldn't be fair to judge the atmosphere. That being said, the breakfast I had was incredibly lacking. The cheese on my baconator had those bright orange corners, as if it had freezer burn, and the eggs had that weird film they get on the edges when they've sat for too long. The coffee was good, but it's hard to mess up iced coffee. Overall, go by the 3.8 rating and don't eat here. I wish I hadn't.
