They ALWAYS mess my order up. They leave items out and fix food wrong. Their workers do not know what goes on food they miss ingredients even when you pay for it. Do not order from their app you will get no assistance whatsoever! The management is rude and doesn’t offer to replace food or assist in any way! I have stopped ordering from Taco Bell due to this. Go elsewhere.

I cannot stand getting fries that’s been sitting around for 10 hours! You know when they make their self something to eat they make it fresh, now why give customers cold hard taco fries? I guess from now on I need to say make fresh fries!

I have been there 3 times since they tore down the old building and built the new one a couple months ago and today was the absolute worst day for their food. It’s always old but today was a special old bc the Mexican pizza stunk so bad and I though maybe it’s the metal from where they cooked it then I took a bite and almost threw up bc the taste of the Mexican pizza and how sour it was. Every time the food is old especially the bell grande but today was the 1st time I literally almost puked Never again

I would give it zero stars if I could. I don't know why Taco Bell insists on hiring entitled teenage brats to work there but it makes the experience horrible. And why ask about a donation? That's stupid, why the heck would I be buying Taco Bell if I had money to donate to corporate officers going on vacation? If the employees would stop asking these stupid questions then maybe the lines would move faster and your customers would be happier, but no, Taco Bell corporate is to stupid to realize people hate waiting for bullshit questions

Wanted to try the new $6 fries with red hot. But can't stand onions so I ask for tomatoes instead of the pico(onion tomatoes mix) They wanted to charge me extra for less. Cashier wanted to argue with me about it. Like u couldn't just put tomatoes instead. Ya I get your tomato count will b an ounce short. Pico will be an ounce over. Shouldn't ever have come to an argument to begin with. I wasn't asking for anything free just not to be charged more for less ingredients. I still ate here bc I was on time constraint for lunch. But instead of 15-20 $ ticket I spent 6$ total
