  Every time I go there and there’s a line for drive through and I go in to order thinking it’s going to be quicker! Nope! I asked one of the employees if they give preference to the drive through customers and she said the trainees are on the inside customer orders and that’s why it’s slower. Really? I see a vehicle 10 cars deep in the drive through leave before me. Something doesn’t jive with the way this store does business.

  Pulled up to Taco Bell at 7:10 a.m., even though they’re supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. I sat in the drive-thru until 7:16 a.m. with nobody answering the speaker. The whole time I could literally see employees inside working, and some were even outside smoking, yet nobody could be bothered to acknowledge the drive-thru or take an order. If you’re going to advertise that you open at 7:00, then actually be ready to serve customers at 7:00. People have jobs, schedules, and places to be in the morning. Sitting in a drive-thru being completely ignored while employees stand around or take smoke breaks is ridiculous. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful to customers’ time, and honestly just lazy. If this is how this location operates right when they open, management seriously needs to get it together.

  They were very helpful and nice. The store was very clean. I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be comin back to this location

  This was a little strange to me maybe only because I'm old fashioned or maybe because I'm just not used to all this technology taken over everything but I was a little surprised when I went through and was going to order but it wasn't a person taking my order it was an AI and it just makes it feel impersonal and she doesn't quite understand when you make alterations to your menu items it may take her a time or two. What happened to good old-fashioned person just asking if they can take your order?
