    Last Taco Bell in Knoxville worth visiting, I had given up but the folks here don’t dissapoint. Outstanding management, had no problem resolving a small issue with my order.

    I will NEVER give any higher than a 1 star for AI voice overs to TELL ME HELLO and ask me what I want to watch. The staff were MORE than pleasant enough for a Taco Bell Drivethru. It literally made it harder to order. It was annoying. It’s disenguine and just because it’s a fast food restaurant doesn’t mean that the people who prep and take care of your food don’t matter. I want to talk to a real human being and I want to know who’s making my food. Ai is a bad leaders crutch to cover up that they suck at managing and leadership.

    I am REALLY getting tired of this franchise asking me to round up my money. They look at ya like you're a cheapskate when they have NO IDEA whether you donated earlier in the day, the night before, or several times prior but choose to say "no" for once. Taco Bell, you're worse than a street corner panhandler who i'd honestly rather give extra change to ANYWAYS, and your asking of this at every visit has been making me choose other options for lunch or dinner on my way home from work. I'm not the only one who's tired of this as it's been a conversation among coworkers and certainly a deterrent if you're out to lose business.
