    We just had a great experience at this Taco Bell on Lovell Rd in Knoxville. Food was fresh and tasty and staff was friendly and attentive. Very impressed with the cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. One staff member was cleaning outside and inside the whole time we were there. Thanks…we will be back!

    Ok So I order the grilled cheese steak burrito this morning and when I start eating I smelled and saw bacon in it I wasn’t sure if that was bacon until I opened it, I don’t want bacon in my burrito I called Taco Bell to ask if they do add bacon to the grilled cheese steak burrito, who answered the phone wasn’t friendly at all I say he was unprofessional all he keep saying there is no way this burrito has bacon in it excuse me I’m the one who is eating and I’m telling you I see bacon and he kept saying the same thing, I told him well thank you I thought I had ate bacon I wasn’t talking loud or anything that’s not polite he hangs up without saying a word that was so rude
