No accountability. We were going through the drive through after placing a mobile order, we had received multiple notifications the order was ready for pick up. So we went through the drive through, waited, the young guy working with the mic tells us our order isn’t ready and we need to come in to pick up our mobile order. So I’m stuck sitting in the drive through, we pull up and one guy tells me my order was picked up by someone and they’re remaking it. Then a black female decides to intrude herself and say they’re making the order and we should come inside… So at this point I’m hella annoyed, where’s my order after receiving numerous messages it’s ready for pick up. We asked why do we have to come inside and wait longer when my phone and app have notifications it’s ready.. the female decides to cancel our order.
