  Honestly I don't really have much good to say about the location. As far as I can tell it is the worse taco bell around. The drive thru was designed poorly, not enough room for cars coming off the room. And they are SLOW I have tried them 3 time now and this last time I just left and sitting for 10 mins with no movement. The last time I ate there to took forever and the food was wrong. Just go to another location.

  Every single time I have came to this Taco Bell my order my order is incorrect. I have called each time and never been able to get ahold of anyone or get a call back. -1 star

  You're welcome to eat at the patio but do NOT think youre going to have somewhere to sit. I am currently sitting on top of a table (there are no chairs for the tables on the patio.) My burrito is okay but like, i want sit down while im eating lol. Im not going to come here again

  I wish I could give this location a 0. Last night I ordered a burrito, a soft taco, and nachos. When I got home the burrito was a hard shell taco with cheese and sauce (picture). What kind of taco is that? Seriously someone actually made that and packaged that for someone to eat. It was late and I was home so I went today to get a redo of my burrito. The employee said it was gonna be 30 mins for my makeup burrito. I’m like really? You guys can’t rush my order because of your mistake? And the employee said no. I then asked to be refunded and she said I need a receipt. When I ordered my food through the kiosk last night I put my number in for the receipt and it never came through. They said they can’t refund without a receipt and I asked to speak with the manager and she said it will be a minute. I waited 15 mins and I asked the employee again to speak with the manager and she said she was too busy to speak with me. I asked again can they just rush my order but she said she couldn’t. Don’t ever go to this Taco Bell. There is one down Chapman highway that I have never had an issue with. Even though this one is closer, I will drive farther because the employees and manager at this location are unprofessional.
