The food quality was trash, I love Taco Bell, always have been a fan of the brand and the products but this location and the western avenue are the worst in Knoxville, lazy kids with no work ethic no management or leadership to guide them, if I was the franchise owner I’d be really concerned about my 3.5 star google ranking and quit letting the silver spoon in their mouths brats ruin my reputation cause I assure you a few more months like this and this location will be shutting down, I’ll be going out of my way to the location by the mall or not having it at all, a huge $40 disappointment can be spent elsewhere and your google rating tells me I’m not the only one, do better or close down

My husband and I live nearby and we joke that this Taco Bell must be the location they film commercials at bc our food almost always comes out looking better than the photos (I know, unheard of for a fast food restaurant). The staff is so nice and the atmosphere inside is great. We say we have the best Taco Bell in America. Big fans of this location.
