Whoever was working the drive-thru last night clearly had a chip on their shoulder, and it showed in every interaction. She was very snappy and came across as passive-aggressive, using withholding behavior and acting from a sense of entitlement. It felt like she expected customers to somehow anticipate her needs without any direct communication.
Not to mention the way the food was put together. It looked like it had just been slapped into the wrapper, thrown together, and squeezed shut without any care. Either the entire crew was in a bad mood, or her attitude was affecting the kitchen staff as well. It was obvious that no one wanted to be there.
If this location wants to maintain its otherwise decent reputation, management should reconsider having this person work the drive-thru—or any front-facing position—until she can better manage her emotions and avoid projecting her frustration onto customers who have done nothing to deserve it.
Her behavior came across as extremely unprofessional and emotionally immature. If she happens to read this review, I genuinely hope she takes the opportunity to reflect and work toward being happier and treating others with more respect.

I came to pick up a DoorDash order tonight, Wednesday, March 4th at 10:31 p.m., and was told that their POS system was down and the lobby was closed, so they weren’t taking orders. We explained that we were there to pick up a DoorDash order. They asked for the customer’s name, we provided it, and the order wasn’t even ready.
They then told us to pull off and come back in 10–15 minutes, even though we weren’t the ones placing the order. I feel this is unfair to both drivers and customers. Other customers were being turned away and weren’t even allowed to order.
This is unacceptable. The owner should be notified if they want this location to remain open, especially since many of the reviews are already negative. It may be time to consider hiring a new night crew.
The hits just keep coming with this store. I ordered a soft taco supreme sub chicken instead of beef and add avocado ranch. Anyone see anything missing here.......no lettuce, no tomatos, no cheese, and no avocado ranch was added. 🤦 cant make this crap up. Its written on the order, right there on the screen. READ THE ORDER
I am from louisville. I wish our taco bells were this great and efficient . 12 people all walked in at once and all food was out in under 7 minutes , no mistakes , and a very cheerful staff. They take pride in what they work for and do. I hole management values this store and staff .

Food always comes out wrong. Currently sitting in the drive thru cause the lobby is closed and they won’t answer the phone to fix my order after already sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes to do it again.
