  Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at subway. The man wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he was a heavyset somewhat older man, wearing a Tennessee Vols hat, and a cross necklace. I was tempted to tell him that his behavior did not align with his cross at all. He was incredibly rude to me and my husband, from the moment we walked up. Maybe the fact that he had to stand up and get off his phone was enough for him to be upset at us, I don’t know. On top of that, he made a terrible sandwich. If he had at least made a good sandwich, maybe I would have been willing to let it slide. But a bad attitude, bad treatment, and a bad sandwich?? Pick a struggle dude, and take more pride in the cross you wear around your neck.

  Worst subway in Knoxville extremely low portions. Beware do not DoorDash from them. Missing items. Incorrect orders. This subway location cannot make a sandwich. Very sad.

  I have eaten at this Subway many times. This afternoon I came in for a Coldcut Combo. The man working today got to the part where he was adding the condiments and vegetables. When I asked for tomatoes, he put on lettuce instead. I pointed out the error and he dumped the lettuce off, along with part of the meat and cheese. He then picked the dropped meat and cheese off the little garbage chute and started putting it back on the sandwich. No, thank you. I went elsewhere.
