This is already the third time I come to this Subway location, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing every single time. I’m not sure if the person who treated us badly is the manager, but the attitude and customer service have been very poor and unwelcoming. It’s honestly sad to receive this kind of treatment when I have always been friendly and respectful. As a customer, you expect basic kindness and professionalism, and sadly that hasn’t been the case here. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after several experiences like this, I felt it was important to share my honest feedback. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

I ordered a tuna fish sandwich which was one of the worst I've ever had. Tuna was extremely fish tasting; as in stout fish. I could barely get it down. Vegetable toppings were old; very poor quality ! This isn't the first time I've had a bad sandwich and terrible customer service. Won't be eating there again, or any subway for that matter!!

She repeatedly apologized for it taking a bit longer on mone and my friends order but she was working so hard you had to respect it and didnt mind waiting a little longer with what she was dealing with by herself. Always enjoy the deals through the app and with the restaurant being 5 mins down the road from my apt.
