  Order a blt and i get a bmt on uber eats second time you guys have screwed up my order clearly cannot read at all done with you guys start hiring people that can read what an order is tired of wasting my money with you guys

  My son and I went to this location on 5/1/2025. We arrived around 7:50pm and the only employee was outside smoking. We entered and she said she'd be with us shortly. Long story short, it was THE worst experience I've ever had at a food establishment. The employee working was THE rudest person I've ever encountered. She made us feel like a complete imposition the entire time we placed our order. Short of writing a verbatim account, she constantly rolled her eyes when we didn't know what our options were, acted insanely put out by our presence, was demeaning and rude during our entire interaction, and was incredibly sarcastic and snarky while we tried to place our orders...we were THE only two patrons in the restaurant. I have never tried to leave a place faster. The only reason I didn't walk out is because my son had just finished a sporting event and was starving and this was what he wanted. On top of the horrendous customer "service" we received, the toppings deck was pretty gross. All the veggies looked slimy and none of the canisters were clean. There was cross contamination throughout. I am 3 days out and finally my digestive tract is working well again. Subway is what I grew up on and I will never patron this chain again. I am appalled at how they are running their stores, at the sub-par employees they hire to deal with the public, and the conditions they keep their restaurants. This isn't the first bad interaction I've had, just the worst. Please do better.

  Great customer service and very friendly. Just one thing though may want to consider having 2 people at night, 1 for online orders and 1 for customers. All in all great place.

  Staff is polite. Super slow. They have a food shortage, but when you pay online you have to get a refund. No substitutions. Unreal and you cannot even get a refund through the app. I guess you have to call. Poor customer service. Seems to be the norm for subway. Firehouse it is moving forward and I have to drive and extra 10 minutes to go there, but we’ll worth it. Your customers keep you in business so you make it easy for them and not yourself!!
