Today, the app would not let me log in, tried on multiple devices, asked the man working if he would allow me to still use the coupon that I had come to use. I was told that its my problem, the app is fine he used it at 9 this morning, I said it is 11:30 and it doesn't seem to be working, no, it is my problem. Zero customer service, no interest in helping the customer or trying to be friendly. Past workers on Saturday mornings have been friendly, but this dude just lost a repeat customer at this location.
