Though we usually go the the other one closer to interstate, it was too early and they weren't open quite yet, so we hopped to this one. Carrie is a doll. She's sweet and fun and quick. Not to mention her sandwiches look like a picture straight off the menu.

Muh boy Matt at the western location told me to check this one out and see how the whole subway is changing is service if I wanted. Carrie also rocks. I'm kinda stuck on which one to eat at. Maybe just split my time between em eh.

- RRRachel ReetzOct 19, 20251.0I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The food is rarely fresh, and the restaurant is consistently dirty. But my most recent visit was the worst yet. The employee looked visibly annoyed to put down their phone to help us, didn’t greet us, and refused to start my order because my friend was still browsing—saying she didn’t want to “walk back and forth.” We decided to leave without ordering. It’s disappointing to see such poor service and lack of professionalism. I don't know how they stay open.
