I assumed they were having a bad day but after reading other reviews I guess this isnt out of the usual for this location

How much business you must lose while making YOUR customers wait while ONE person has to prepare multiple subs for multiple people. Its also unacceptable for online orders to be prioritized over people who are present in the restaurant and or drive thru. DO BETTER
