Who just stared at us like we inconvenienced him by coming in... sandwiches were smashed to nothing and so covered in sauce I was a total mess even making the attempt.. I mean I know its subway but COME ON! Toasted subs coming out cold, soggy and smashed is unacceptable I should have never paid .

How much business you must lose while making YOUR customers wait while ONE person has to prepare multiple subs for multiple people. Its also unacceptable for online orders to be prioritized over people who are present in the restaurant and or drive thru. DO BETTER
