  Last night. At 11 my friend and I went to Sonic for a little treat after a long day. We pull up to one of the stalls and after about 5 minutes of waiting (after pressing the red button) we're told that they're drive through only currently. Weird because there were other people sitting in the other stalls. So we just went with it and went through the drive through. THEN the lady extremely rudely in the drive through says "we're mobile order only. you have a mobile order?" We say no, trying to explain what the other girl had just told us and before we could get a word out she says "k have a nice night" and that was it. To be open until 1 am and dismiss customers like that is outrageous. All we wanted was a shake 2 hours before they close. I was disappointed to say the least.

  I don't usually give bad reviews, but the hat few times I've come here it's been bad. The food hasn't been good with stale fries and burgers that look they were thrown together from across the room. This last time I went, I pulled into the bay, there's was probably 4-5 cars in bays and a few at the drive thru. I pressed the button and sat there waiting so long that it cleared and told me to press the button to order, so I did, same thing again and I tried a third time. I finally just gave up and went to somewhere else for dinner.

  Woman in all new and had her hair fixed nice, girllll you had a great attitude and made the best blast for my girlfriend. We appreciate you! 🫶🏻

  Soooo bad!!! This restaurant needs new management and new staff. Night shift is especially in need of managment. It is horrible!! The employees need training on how NOT to hit the delivered button and never bring the order out to a car. Yep, this has happened to me several times at this location. Also maybe hire people who can read the orders. My order of 3 drinks was messed up!! The owners and employees give 0 cares about this place and it's blatantly obvious!!

  Went to pick up a doordash and the woman on the speaker was extremely rude. She didn't greet us she just said they were only doing mobile orders and then when we said we had a doordash she said there wasn't an order in the system with that name and then was talking to a coworker pointing at us, we could see her from the drive thru speaker and had an attitude in the way she was speaking. And she was looking right in my face as she was talking so I know she wasn't talking about anyone else. She was working the night shift after midnight.
