They either didnt get the entire order or they are missing something from the entire order. I havent been there in a while now where the order is just correct!!!. I am in part to blame because I drove away but truth be told do your job and people shouldn't have to verify that you did do your job!!! For that the rating is low because this is an on going thing!!!

Meanwhile we saw multiple employees going out to smoke while we waited. This seems to happen more often than not at this location. We’ll be spending our hard earned money elsewhere from now on. If you want your food in a timely manner, don’t visit this location.
