I placed this order at 5:24pm and was told it would take 20 minutes to get. we arrived at 5:45pm to find out the receipt had not even been printed out yet. We walked out and they said they would put out pizza in the oven, we went back in at 6:05pm to find our pizza had still not been put in the oven. There were over 7 other guests in the lobby waiting for pizzas to be done, one woman whose order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:30pm! Not only were they busy, and orders were severely late, there was one employee, Gil R, who was beyond rude to us and other customers waiting. We fully understand being busy and overwhelmed, a high level of customer service should still be considered. We finally left with our pizza at 6:40pm, over an hour after ordered. I love snappy, we go there often, but after this incident, I am not sure I will again.

This pizza is a disaster. I had to cut it myself it's over loaded with cheese 🧀 I watched the cook he forgot the pineapple 🍍 so they added it after the pizza 🍕 was cooked done. He put it back in the end of the oven instead of remaking it I felt like I was @ little Caesars for a minute you also have a cook taking cash not washing his hands and going back to cut pizza wow 👌 congratulations you just lost a customer 👏 the cook was screaming into the lobby guess he seen someone he knew and the guy in the red shirt guessing yhe (Manager) had no idea what was going on lol clueless. I was talking to him couldn't find my order or the mans next to me order he dropped us to answer phone and forgot what we was talking about like it was my fault you couldn't find my order or several others this place went to 💩
