The cinnamon pull aparts taste old and the pizza taste like its been microwaved after sitting out all day. Also missing an item. When I called to tell them I was missing the item they said they would issue a refund,I paid cash, so they asked what I wanted. I asked if they could deliver the missing item they said sure and hung up. Its has now been another 30 minutes and the missing item has not arrived. Again I live 3 minutes away. And the only reason I havnt just gone up there is because I already paid $6 for delivery. Update. Never got my missing item. Called again. Was hung up on by the manager. Ended up driving to the store for a refund. Will not order from here again. Terrible food and even worse customer service!

The one a few weeks ago I was greeted by a younger guy brown hair, almost looked like a model as weird as that sounds, but he was super kind even opened the box to make sure it looked good. Older gentlemen last night asked if we were placing an order and was very kind about it which typically places aren’t if you come in that late. Told him I was picking up, he made sure i got all my food and even my extra garlic butter. Really appreciate the customer service here, plus food has been amazing both times.
