I’ve never in my life reported a place to their corporate HQ but took the time to do so after a recent stop here due to truly concerning healthy and safety violations. The soda machine tray and tray nozzle are covered in mold, the lid and sugar tray is covered grim, bathrooms unattended in disarray, etc.

They are working very hard and I hope you know that but the systems in place for placing online orders clearly is a problem because you’re getting too many orders for you to fulfill in a timely manner. I placed an order a day ago for a pick up order scheduled at 11:45 AM. When I arrived there, they had just started working on that order and I didn’t get my order until 12:05 PM. The employees were busy and clearly working hard and diligently. This is more of a systems problem. To the staff that works at this location, I give you a huge round of applause and wish I could tip you more because you guys did great! Way to hustle! Of note for all Panera locations: what is with the smell? It gives me a headache every time I enter one of your stores as if something is burning, but that something does not smell good to me and I don’t know how anyone has an appetite when they go there.
