Ordering was easy with the self-serve kiosks (perfect if you already know what you want and don’t feel like talking to anyone), but I needed help so I went to the counter. The staff was genuinely friendly and patient, and they got my order right. I had the creamy tomato soup with a sandwich, and made some hot tea to go with it—food was honestly really good and hit the spot. That said… the dining area was rough. Tables weren’t being wiped down, and finding a clean place to sit felt nearly impossible. Great food and great people, but the cleanliness needs serious attention.

Cross contamination occurred and sent me straight to the ER for ingesting walnuts in my salad that was supposed to have almonds. Lessened learned the hard way I guess? Sad to have a $1k Panera bill coming in the mail soon 😩
