They did not have my order in their system. They just acted like it was no big deal. A manager lady with tattoos down here arm made my order and placed it on the counter. No apologies were given for the error. I asked her if she was going to apologize and she did not respond. I wouldn't have been so upset if they had just admitted their mistake and apologized. It will be a very long time before we eat there again.

Staff present like they hate their jobs. All their food is now microwaved and nothing is cooked there. So sad what happened to this place. A bowl of soup and a smoothie is almost $17!
