  Family get together and they let us stay beyond dinner to chat over dessert. It was great. Our server, while attentive, kept us updated on our food status. Great food, done to order: great atmosphere 👌

  The salmon dinner was delicious. The 8 oz sirloin was so tough your knife would not cut through the meat, the 6 oz sirloin was a not quite as tough but cost $2,more??? My Sydney salad was disgusting… I could not cut nor chew the steak, the salad was limp n watery! Meat at outback is a NEVER PURCHASE!!! The bread and water were great! The ice cream cookie divine!!!! 😬😵‍💫 I will NEVER eat here again and will do all I can to spread the word about his toughvuoyr stesks are……$150 I can never recover.

  I recently visited this Outback location and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I sat at the bar top and was warmly welcomed the moment I took my seat. The service I received from Sherry (apologies if I’m misspelling the name) was truly exceptional. I ordered the half‑pound hamburger with American cheese, bacon, and pickles on the side, along with a side of French fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I also enjoyed not one but two top‑shelf Long Island Iced Teas, both mixed perfectly. To finish off the meal, I treated myself to the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under, which was absolutely mouthwatering and the perfect ending to an already great dining experience. What truly set this visit apart was the hospitality. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt taken care of. Even when the bar area started to get a little busy, she not only managed her guests with ease but also took time to train a young gentleman working beside her. He was polite, attentive, and clearly eager to learn — and with Sherry guiding him, I have no doubt he’ll excel. From the warm greeting to the heartfelt goodbye, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It left such a strong impression that I’m more than willing to drive the 30‑plus minutes from home and work just to return to this Outback location. Excellent food, fantastic drinks, and remarkable service — this team truly knows how to take care of their guests.

  I was there for Valentines day. I was told the wait would be 40min, I was totally ok with since it was Valentines and I did not make a reservation. It was about 25min and we were sat. Out waitress Heather was amazing! Checking in often seeing what we needed taking tine to explain helping us with look up a account... just a blessing for a establishment to have a server like that. And the food.... the food was AMAZING. We went the the Cleveland TN Outback on a normal way and I along with my whole family left disappointed. Not here! We left happy full and thankful for our waiter. Great Job Outback on N. Petets
