The orders going out to those waiting in the parking lot were even incomplete or wrong so they were debating this amongst themselves right in front of waiting guests. 2. Stood over 10 mins to have my order taken as the cashier was assisting the kitchen instead of addressing customers (I didn't use the kiosk cause I wanted to order sodas w/o ice & hot cocoa w/o whipped cream, etc.) 3. I paid $6 cash for a $5.77 order. The cashier informs me with an attitude, "We don't deal in pennies anymore" and hands me 2 dimes. Now being short 3 cents doesn't seem like a big deal until you realize if they short every cash customer this way (even just thousands each day), think of the profit they're making? The last penny was just minted on Nov 12 and just 5 days later I'm told this? Pennies are still legal tender, Ronald!

The only reason I go to this one anymore is if I accidentally order from the wrong Broadway location on my app. The people who work there are nice, but there is zero management.

Sometimes you're hungry enough that convenience wins. This was my last time at this location. Fourteen minutes in line before I hit the window. At the window I was asked to pull off and wait in a numbered space. I ordered a quarter pounder. 14 + minutes for a quarter pounder. I actually had a meeting and had to bail. Cochran McDonald's got my cash and I got nothing.
