But there is an assignment manager there named Kate and she is awesome. She goes above and beyond to always help. I think they should promote Kate to manager and make Carla go down to assistant manager.

We got up to the window and was charged an extra time for something we didn’t order. The lady at the second window handing out the food was very sweet but the Lady behind her with wavy BLONDE HAIR and GLASSES was rude as hell. As someone who’s worked in the food industry before i understand that it can be stressful but you should never be rude to any of your employees.
