I saw 4 employees sitting at different tables in the lobby just eating, one outside on the phone, 2 young girls just yelling and cursing in the back about customers, etc. There were absolutely no customers in the drive thru for the first 10 minutes that I was waiting in the lobby, So no reason for such an extensive wait time. Several people had come and gone by the time we got the food. Absolute worst service i have ever experienced and would not recommend going to this McDonald’s if you can avoid it. Unless you want to wait over 45 minutes for 4 small items.

I don’t think we’ve gotten BBQ sauce more than twice this year and ketchup once. I only come because it’s the only McDonald’s on the way home from school.
