  Last 4 times I’ve tried to come here it’s been straight buns. You can taste old oil every time. This has to be a bottom 3 mcds

  I came through the drive-thru, and the Lady takes the order for the car in the inside drive through, and then ask me what I would like, and then cuts me off while I'm trying to order and says to give them a minute. And then they totally start taking the order for the car after the car on the inside lane instead of coming back to me, and I'm asking them what's going on, and instead of answering me they get a little hateful and I tell them you know what that's not right The order that you're taking orders in and I pulled off. How rude!

  Man the atmosphere in there is absolutely insane and not in a good way! I walk in for a pick up order and i literally spend 5+ minutes standing at the front with only a dasher waiting on their order to the side of me and not a single employee said anything to me after they saw me patiently waiting. They all looked absolutely miserable and cared nothing at all about customer service. Not even a smile or I’ll be right with you, nothing! When the guy handed the dasher her order I asked how much longer on mine and he said with a miserable tone “we haven’t even started it yet” Another employee walked in and asked if I had been helped and I said no one has said anything to me I had to ask about my order myself and it’s not even been started yet he nodded his head and said alright and walked away. No one said anything else to me the rest of the time I waited, including when the guy gave me my food. It honestly doesn’t take much to be a nice person to people! You could just tell not a single person cared!!
