  Bought 4 all access passes AND bowling shoe passes (about $30 each) and wasn't able to reserve a bowling lane AT ALL cause the wait was 2hr adter we ate... why not get our names AS WE PAID?.. over priced for little offered... Not little kid friendly under age 7 honestly... food was overpriced and NOT HOT after spending $175 for 4 people to eat bland, cold food. Spent OVER $300 in the end to play pool, eat and play lame video games... HIGHLY UPSET and will NOT waste more money there again... drinks weren't even STIFF for their price either....

  Its a fun place to visit. They have tried to cram too much in their space. It was very busy. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. They had tables available but trying to get staff to notice you is a challenge. A little overpriced for what you get.

  NOT a family friendly environment. IT IS AN ADULT ENVIRONMENT. Every machine had adults not kids...It was about 5 minutes after we walked into the arcade area all you could smell was Marijuana..it was so strong we had to walk somewhere completely away from the area. Music is so loud you can't even talk to other people. Multiple instances where I witnessed people so intoxicated that the couldn't stand without being off balance. Then they would go on the Gravity Ropes or go play games wobbling all over the place. Also, went bowling and a couple was placed right next to us as if they were playing with us, but all of the other lanes were empty. The entire time they said every cuss word you can imagine and my daughter heard all of it. The best thing about this place is the food and the bartender that was just the sweetest woman. If I do ever go back it will be because of the food and that woman that bartends. Upfront they also gave us a fun card and we asked about all the benefits and tickets and they didn't explain we wouldn't be receiving tickets after paying about $50. Our entire family won a lot of tickets and I noticed that the ticket balance wasn't changing. My daughter was so proud because she won 1500 tickets and just for them to not even go on the card was a total let down 😞 I asked the girl and boy up front at the main check in and they said oh yeah you won't get tickets..we were like why didn't you explain that to us? You could tell they didn't care and the girl just changed the subject and said to the boy..can you check this flashlight? The disrespect was definitely a shock to me and I sit and witnessed this in validation to my entire family. We will NOT be back in the arcade area. My daughter told me I hate this place and I never want to come back.

  Terrible experience from start to finish. We waited 15 minutes at the bar without service or even a menu, and guests were cleaning their own dirty tables while staff did nothing. Most of the games we bought cards for were broken. Bowling was the only fun part, but asking for drinks led to “out of flavors”, and getting water took over 10 minutes. Completely not worth your time or money—save yourself the frustration and head to Pigeon Forge or a proper bowling alley instead.
