  While I realize ordering a sandwich at lunch for delivery may be a little longer delivery time than normal, a 2-hour delivery is unacceptable. Sandwich was good though.

  Ordered my sandwich on the app. Waited almost an hour to get my sandwich. When I asked about my sandwich I got more attitude than service. My sandwich had actually been made and was sitting but nobody called my name or out it out on the shelf. Poor service.

  I'm giving them a lower food score on the new toasted sandwiches. I wouldn't order it again. Came out more burnt than toasted. They make great cold sandwiches, and they should stick to it. Always top notch service. Still one of our faves.

  Great Lunch Experience, I got the #3, food was fresh and fast, customer service was on point. Price was about average for the product.
