  I'm giving them a lower food score on the new toasted sandwiches. I wouldn't order it again. Came out more burnt than toasted. They make great cold sandwiches, and they should stick to it. Always top notch service. Still one of our faves.

  Great Lunch Experience, I got the #3, food was fresh and fast, customer service was on point. Price was about average for the product.

  I've been going to Jimmy John's for years in different cities. I've been going to this one in Farragut for 6 years and it's always been very good. I've noticed lately everything is going downhill. Today's order was missed so I had to wait a few extra minutes. Thats ok. But, I get home an opened my order to find everything I asked NOT to have on my sandwich was on it. I have allergies and could not eat the sandwich. I had to throw it away. My wife's sandwich had very little meat on it which usually is not the case. This store is just going downhill for the last several months. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. What a shame!

  I order from them sometimes and the food is consistent and they deliver. Just never know weither it will be 15 minutes or a hour during non rush times.

  It was our first time ever going. This is like subway but with no options. They have very limited basic veggies, a few meat options, and only like 3 cheeses. The girl who took our order messed up our order, overcharged us, didn’t answer any questions, and explained things wrong. The manager came out to fix everything for us and gave us a refund so the problem was taken care of. But our experience with her was so poor that I lowered the rating
