Placed an online order for pickup for 3 sandwiches and used a birthday reward. Not ONE of my sandwiches was correct upon getting home with them. I mean just all messed up, missing cheese, missing bacon we paid extra for. They put cheese on one we asked for it to not be on, and put mayo on the one we asked for it to not be on. The wrap wasn't customized at all and had no cheese or dressing on it.
Called the store and was awarded a refund for the two sandwiches I paid for and was told to call corporate about getting my birthday reward added back to my account. This was on 12/30. I call the store today (1/2) just to ask about how long refunds take and a woman named Brandy said she will have to email accounting to see about the refund. I asked if it was not completed on their end and she says "Are you saying it wasn't refunded?" As if I am supposed to know how their system works. I was just looking for an expected timeline, and she was extremely rude and even told me not to call back during lunch time on Monday. I will not be calling back I will be contacting my bank for fraud instead. I will only go to my usual Clinton Highway store from now on. Just rude.

I ordered a #1 sandwich using the rewards I accumulated and waited 27min for one regular pepe sandwich didn’t even get to eat it because I spent my lunch break waiting I watched people come in and order and get their sandwich before me, idk if they have something thing against me or the fact that the sandwich was(free) but this was the absolute worst service

27 dollars for both sandwhiches to be wrong after the girl up charged for a large water and then only gave a small is pretty frustrating. Would have turned around and asked for a refund if I didn’t have to be at the hospital for a transfusion right after.
My husband ate his and I just picked what I could around the sandwhich. I’ve had this happen three times at this location and tried to give Grace because the other two times were during peak lunch hours but this time it was at 1:30 when the drive through didn’t have anyone in it.

They gave me the wrong sandwich and they refused to change it , they asked me to place a new order and pay for it
Bad customer service. This will be the last order from this franchise. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Terrible management. A while back I order a blt and they only gave me bacon and bread. How can you mess that up. I called the manger and she was not friendly. And now, most recently, they ran out of French bread. This should not happen at a store selling sandwiches. Won’t be back.
