  We ordered 2 combos and got them delivered. Somehow our chips got left behind. The manager personally brought us our chips and some cookies for the inconvenience. This is a great way to take care of your customers! We highly recommend this location!

  Food was amazing but the staff rushed me and my wife to where we couldn’t look at the menu and then when I politely talked to them about it they continued to be rude and this was the second time in a week that we where treated this way but other than that great place and food.

  I cannot say enough good things about this Jimmy John’s location. I accidentally ordered catering for the wrong day, and when we showed up an hour before a baby shower and realized my mistake, I fully expected to be told there was nothing they could do — especially during a busy Sunday lunch rush. Instead, the employee helping us literally ran to the back and made it happen with zero complaints and the best attitude. They went completely above and beyond to fix my error, and the entire order was ready in time and absolutely perfect. Customer service like this is rare, and I’m so grateful. Thank you for saving the day and making a stressful moment turn into a great experience. Everything was wonderful — we will absolutely be back!

  Came through for lunch. Got my order fast always the way I like. The most memorable thing is driving up and seeing the smiling young lady Shannon at the window. Her charisma just made me feel right at home and makes me feel very welcomed. I just needed to share that. You don't always get that now a days. I will be back. Just want you to know she is a keeper.
