  This Jimmy John's used to be really good. Lately though, every sandwich I order is on older or almost stale bread- so that almost a quarter of it is inedible because the bread is so hard. I love their sandwiches but they definitely need to fix this issue.

  Pickup order was completely messed up. We ordered a #2 a #4 and a #9. They were all missing ingredients asked for and the #9 wasn't even a number 9. Not sure what it was.

  Painfully slow every time I come in. Employees seem unorganized and bickering with each other. “Jacob” is rude to both customers and employees.
