Man disappointing.
Order delivery .
1. Got unsweet tea , zero ice in it . There isn't an option to ask for no ice
2. Asked for sandwich to be cut in half , a knife was ran through maybe 3/4 of it
3. Asked for phone call because it can be hard to navigate where I live . Had to play 20 question text roulette instead because of refusal to call
Sandwich was missing requested tomatoes and pickles as well
My expected response? "WE ARE SORRY CLICK LINK TO REPORT "
They don't read these or try to fix them. It's why this place hovers at 3 stars .

I love Jimmy John's. Only small problems until now. Went to Jimmy John's in Maryville requested a sandwich for my daughter who has a dairy allergy. Explained it was an allergy so they needed to take proper precautions but most importantly no cheese and no mayo. Get home she takes a bite of that sandwich and immediately tasted the cheese! Luckily she spit it out and we watched her and she was okay. But this could have ended soooo badly!

I was recently so excited to see that JJs on the strip has reopened! I work at the hospital and I really missed getting lunch from you guys! But I will say that the delivery services are not nearly as good as they were before the location closed. The last couple of times I ordered, the delivery guy that came looked like he had just come out of a 3 day bender and looked like he slept in his clothes for three nights. I've had one good delivery experience with a middle aged guy though. You may want to reconsider who you put out there as your "face" to the public. You may get more business!!

I work in the area and I eat here at least one to two times a week. I have never had any issues with the food but my issue are with delivery. I placed my order through JJ website prior to them opening and it took my food over an hour and a half to be delivered because it was delivered to the wrong organization.
So after calling a second time when the delivery person returned they realized afterwards they delivered to wrong place and they had to remake and redeliver. At this point it was almost two hours later.
