  This was one of the best Fazoli's we've eaten at. Not only was the staff super nice, but every table was cleaned as soon as someone left. They were really on top of things there. The breadsticks were on point that night and so so good. The food was very good, but I did deduct a point because the pasta wasn't warm. I've yet to eat at a Fazoli's where the fettuccine Alfredo was actually warm. It's a constant problem.

  I went with a friend because she'd never been to Fazoli's. This was not the location to introduce her to the food. We got a ton of spaghetti noodles with no sauce, and the breadsticks (my favorite part) were completely unseasoned. We had to pull up and wait 10 minutes, before we got the medeocre food. I'll never go back to this location. The woman at the window was very nice, but we were the only people in the drive thru, and there was no excuse for the time and quality to be so poor.

  I just recently met and worked with the General Manager, Anthony, and he is a wonderful man. Not only is he professional, he is also thorough, generous, and kind. He donated a delicious lunch to my daughter’s elementary school teachers and faculty, and he also setup an amazing reward program for teachers and students to be recognized for their hard work and accomplishments every month. He has gone above and beyond in providing for our school, staff, students, and community. I HIGHLY recommend using Fazoli’s for any and all gatherings, corporate or personal.

  So I placed an Uber eats order for me and my two children . The first Uber eats lady stole my food . So Uber sent another driver fazolis refused to make the order for the new driver during an active order. He tried to call support to get them to send a new ticket. They won't send a new ticket during an active order. He was booted from the system and another driver was on the way.. What fazolis failed to do was allow this first woman to have the food without her confirming the order so what she did was take the food and canceled it. Guess what? I waited the full time to get a free cancellation finally after a total of 8 drivers were sent to the store I think only 5 showed up cause I did call the last few and I told them that fazolis was refusing to remake the food when it was an error on both sides.i reached out to Uber support multiple times talked to one live support rep finally and they said it was the stores negligence. the driver stole but since she didn't confirm the order it doesn't fall on the woman that stole it because since she canceled it there is now no connection between her and that order. This falls on fazolis because they let a simple confirmation slide fall through the cracks. I have worked in fast food and even scratch kitchens. I was management in a few of these places. So no this is completely unacceptable to not remake the food that you are getting paid to make . because how easy would it have been to do that instead of so many people wasting their time tonight? Also for clarification my two kids are 10 and 2 they don't understand why they couldn't eat what they wanted. It's ok I got the full instant refund and ordered mcdonalds for them I will never waste my time here . Oh and also to add to this I called the store a few times spoke to two different people second one hung up on me . And they refused to answer my call again. This place is a joke . I know you can't do anything about the lady stealing and I'm sure Uber will definitely take care of her.. But we never got our food because you all refused to remake it.

  We catered fazolis for our wedding and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. I would absolutely do this again. Their manager Anthony was so helpful and gave us his personal number to call or text about any changes. I paid him over the phone and the food showed up exactly when it was supposed to! We got lasagna, chicken parm, fettuccine Alfredo, and penne with meat sauce. Sides were salad, breadsticks, and Parmesan roasted broccoli.
