- RNRebecca NugentNov 13, 20251.0Drive-thru line was super slow. When I asked for a few kinds of donuts and was told they were out, I asked what kinds were left. A bratty kid who was taking orders in the drive thru said, "I don't know, haven't you ever been to a Dunkin Donuts before?" When I said that they should have the list of kinds of donuts on their drive-thru sign, I was told, "You can take that up with HR." Never going back, and it's really no surprise that during the day, I see almost no one there. And this place is new. So trashy.

Been to multiple locations in west knoxville and they all seem to suffer from the same problem in the morning, lack of staff and getting behind on orders. I will order ahead on my mobile app like 10 minutes before getting there and this morning I still had to wait a few more minutes as they hadn't done my coffee yet. The point of ordering ahead is to grab and go, not come in and wait. Im not sure how much is process, or how much of it is staff, but someone needs to get it together. And if im going to gripe, the wraps are a hit or miss, either its good or they cook them to death to where that tortilla becomes a rock.

The donuts were fresh, my issue is the bagel w/cream cheese (see attached picture). The store was not busy, they had plenty of staff, I even went inside to place my order! Why in the hell would they barely put any cream cheese on a bagel??? Cream cheese is low cost and has a decent profit margin at Dunkin... don't be 'stingy', at least cover the inside of the bagel.
