  love this dunkin!! i used to go to the cedar bluff location in the morning and order a medium refresher and a donut, but 9 times out of 10 they didn’t put enough refresher base in it and it tasted very bitter. i started coming to this location and my refresher has been perfect every time! the staff here is always friendly and helpful. will definitely keep coming back!!!!

  I'm never going to this location again. This is the third time in two weeks that my order has been messed up. The staff here are much friendlier than at most other places, which makes it even more disappointing that I can’t get a simple order right. Bacon, egg, and cheese Wuw: first order, no bacon; second order, with white cheese. Today’s order: sugar, black pepper, bacon. Today i also had to ask for more milk because my coffee was so bitter.

  Kassidy was so sweet but I felt like Josh was a little rude and couldn’t be bothered. Earlier I had asked about a donut being cream filled and he said no but when I asked if it was straw berry he said “ yes and I already told you that” um ok Josh I see you you’re aloud to be gay and nice ya know 🥲 we were. Also Josh u suck at making hash browns. Loved Kassidy. The other lady was practically asleep on the floor. Keeping it 💯 sincerely Tessa and Lee
