  Kassidy was so sweet but I felt like Josh was a little rude and couldn’t be bothered. Earlier I had asked about a donut being cream filled and he said no but when I asked if it was straw berry he said “ yes and I already told you that” um ok Josh I see you you’re aloud to be gay and nice ya know 🥲 we were. Also Josh u suck at making hash browns. Loved Kassidy. The other lady was practically asleep on the floor. Keeping it 💯 sincerely Tessa and Lee

  They are never busy for a reason. Been there three times. All three times the food was cold, the last two times the person at the window was rude. Everytime, I've been the only customer there, if not maybe one other customer there. Today, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and food. After a long wait, was handed a coffee with sugar. I asked if it had cream and he said "we're currently out of cream, but I can give you this.." and proceeds to hand me cream. ??Sooooo obviously you are NOT out of all cream lol, but I said nothing, just accepted it with a thank you and left. I ended up throwing out the food from today's visit since it was soggy cold. Three chances was enough. Dutch Brothers and Scooters are within a few blocks of this location and are a much better choice.

  A few weeks ago, I stopped here early in the morning, they were not busy, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee, when I got to the window, they tell me they are out of eggs, so I ordered something else, they come back to the window and tell me they are out of that as well. I said just forget it and drove away. I decided to try again this morning, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and a latte, when I got to the window, I paid and only waited a couple minutes when my sandwich was ready, but not the latte, I could see the latte on the counter but no one would hand it to me, while one person was preparing food, the person that took my payment was sitting down playing on 2 cell phones, a 3rd person standing around eating. They finally noticed me and handed me the latte. I’ll never go back to this location.

  Stopped in around 7am mainly just to get a coffee. But I saw the advertisement for the $6 meal deal so I asked for that. I was told they were out of hash browns, and so I said, that's fine, I don't need the hash browns. Any normal person would assume at that point you would get the sandwich and the coffee for the same price of $6. However, I was charged individually for the coffee and sandwich because the girl working there said since they are out of hashbrowns, she can't ring up the $6 meal deal. So I ended up paying $8.20 for a $6 meal deal, with less food than $6 would've gotten me. It was already ridiculous that they ran out of hash browns, but even more ridiculous they couldn't adjust the price. Coffee was good tho, as always. But Im never going back to this Dunkin again.
