    Service was great tea and coffee were good. The donuts were stale hard on the bottom. Not good . Only able to eat 1/2 the donut. Do better.

    This past week Dunkin on Champman Hwy has had NO ONE to open the store! I can understand once maybe twice but 3 and 4 times? Can someone PLEASE open the store on time?

    If you’re looking for a cold cup of coffee served with an attitude, then this is the place. The men’s restroom was also out of service with no alternate solution other than using a neighboring business’ restroom. Very disappointed and displeased with the staff and the conditions of this establishment.

    Ordered a matcha latte with a pump of French vanilla syrup. Pretty simple request. They didn't add the French vanilla. When we asked to get the pump of vanilla, we were met with a dead pan reaction of "we can't take the drink back due to health code". I've worked in the food industry for 18 years now and fully understand that rule, but there was no attempt to resolve their mistake. We weren't offered a new drink or even a side of syrup to add to the matcha. We weren't even offered an apology. And mind you, there was not a car in sight. The place looked like a ghost town. I could understand if they were super busy and something got mixed up or missed, but the fed up, uninterested, "I don't even want to be here" attitude is what sent me. I don't think I'll be coming back to this dunking donuts any time soon until they hire people who are actually capable of customer service.
