One gentlemen is wearing a dew rag and a hat that is worn side ways like he is in a rap video, pants to his knee's. I watched another employee come out side to get her beanie while wear rubber gloves just to come back inside and start grabbing donuts for a customer without changing the gloves.

Order is always right, though recently noticed new people and have my drink not made correctly. I am not a complainer as I work in Customer Service Support…but when you are paying almost $9 for an Iced Cocoa Mocha Latte and add Espresso you kinda expect it. Lately I’ve had it handed with no topping ( whip cream, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder on top) started saying that it’s not fixed correctly. Feel bad, because it’s always been perfect and hate to be annoying but I would like what I order. Not sure if the training of newer people is not right or what. Hopefully this gets corrected or at least bring back the others. Overall I honestly love DUNKIN..😊

Your service was insensitive to those with allergies and apathetic to people in general. My drink was made wrong twice, the first time the entire drink was wrong, having regular milk in it after clarifying multiple times I’m highly allergic and need oat milk, and the second time it was simply just the wrong drink although there was oat milk. Good job. Though what really prickled me was the nerve to talk behind me back as I left. The random up charge of 15¢ was also not necessary. I hope things get better for you Amy.
