None of that bs u deal with at other places...u wait at the window while ur food is being finished..I love my Dunkin..

- KBKathy BroussardJan 11, 20262.0So was texting a new drink and the girl asked me a question didn't really know what was in the drink just wanted to tet it she was very nice then someone else came on the headset an literally yelled at us and was very rude then got my sausage egg n cheese croissant and the bottom was hard the sandwich was cold usually I have a good experience bit today was not one of them so to whom was rude learn how to handle public I also work fast food and I never talk to a customer the way I was talked to

Order is always right, though recently noticed new people and have my drink not made correctly. I am not a complainer as I work in Customer Service Support…but when you are paying almost $9 for an Iced Cocoa Mocha Latte and add Espresso you kinda expect it. Lately I’ve had it handed with no topping ( whip cream, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder on top) started saying that it’s not fixed correctly. Feel bad, because it’s always been perfect and hate to be annoying but I would like what I order. Not sure if the training of newer people is not right or what. Hopefully this gets corrected or at least bring back the others. Overall I honestly love DUNKIN..😊
