My wife and I frequent this location and it is consistently one of the busiest Dunkin’s in Knoxville. The employees are always working incredibly hard to keep up with the volume and they have been nothing but kind to us and they’ve never gotten our drink orders wrong. These workers deserve a raise.

Now I’m sitting at home having to explain to my daughter why she doesn’t have the avocado toast she was so excited for!! (Welcome to the world of disappointment sweetheart) On top of that, the drive-thru asks for a 15–20% tip, yet the basics — accuracy, availability, and even basic friendliness — aren’t being met. Hardin Valley Dunkin’ you have to do better. This was a completely avoidable and disappointing experience.

But after being rudely talked to and ignored multiple times from this location and the wait being over 20-30 minutes the experience overall was just terrible. And for the drink and food I got after waiting so long, the drink wasn’t even full and the Wicked munchkins are harder than a rock and do not seem fresh at all as well as they are not covered in sprinkles like the picture advertised. Again this was mildly the last straw for me with Dunkin and I don’t think I would ever even recommend going to this location let along Dunkin as a company.
