- EWEbony WestFeb 1, 20261.0I’ve tried to hold off on leaving a negative review but unfortunately I have had more bad experiences than good ones. More often than not, they are out of many items, specifically croissants. Most recently, I mobile ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese — after waiting ~25 minutes, a worker asked me what I was waiting on. A few minutes later, they informed me they were out of everything bagels. I opted for a donut instead. A donut is a dollar and some change, the bagel I already paid for was almost $5 and they didn’t offer to reimburse or give me a food item of equal value. In addition, there have been several instances in which I have had to wait extremely long for an order. I use the mobile order option in hopes that it would save time but regardless of whether I order ahead, in store, or the drive thru, there never seems to be a sense of urgency. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with these issues from a “fast” food restaurant. Please do better <3

Staff is working hard, manager is leading his team very well, it seems like Hardin Valley Dunkin’ has definitely made some great changes! If you’re in the area definitely go check out Hardin Valley Dunkin’!! It does get super busy in the morning so be sure to give yourself some extra time! This location is super popular!
