The employees are nice enough but come on step it up.

This got me no eye contact, no thank you, and definitely no smile. Things you should receive even without a tip. I guess I will try Starbucks from now on. Reevaluate your methods. I shouldn't be waiting at the speaker box for five minutes. Get some experience hired to teach
