I have to mention more than once I’ve gotten the email my pizza is on the way when it really hasn’t been. Today no email, was trying to be gracious, but 50 minutes after ordering and still no email, “It has left the building.” I call and supposedly my order was lost in the computer somewhere… then when I finally do get my delivery, my sides, my drink and no pizza, had to call back a second time was told they’re remaking pizza. 40 minutes had passed since my phone call and thought about calling a third time and then finally my lukewarm pizza showed up. This is my hometown pizza. I wish this location would do better. The one out west has always been great. Just happens this one’s closer to my home, and the mistakes have added up.
