  Could not place delivery order because, Domino's does not deliver to my address. Placed carryout order online at 6:29pm Had to pay for it with a card because order was over $20 (really?) Ok Domino's website stated Carryout time: appx 19-29 mins Me at the store to carry out my order at 7:05 ish.... Domino's worker at the store says it will be another 30 mins. I looked at kitchen screen, it showed there are 4 or so orders before mine (based on my order number) One cook, another guy cutting pizzas (possibly a driver). Atmosphere? One word. Chaos. I had to cancel. I am sure pizza would be delicious. But 1 hour or eventually for CARRYOUT? I guess new management becomes old management eventually. Staff was not the issue. Not having enough of staff is. Feel free to reach out to me.

  Been on hold for 30+ minutes trying to find out why my order started being made an hour ago is not going to be delivered for 1 1/2 hours AFTER it was started... original delivery time 14 minutes; blew past that. No one answering the phone.

  I don’t know what is going on with the Dominoes branch in Halls(Knoxville, 37921) The pizza is under cooked, when ordered, it takes over an hour to get the food, and so many people wait to get their order in a lengthy time. Tried to get an order tonight, took extra long and the pizza wasn’t even salvageable in the air fryer!!! Only two people are working and the phone is ringing continuously!!! The people are way overworked trying to get the job completed!! Corporate Dominoes can do so much BETTER!!!!

  This Dominos location is by far the best in Knoxville. Not only was the staff friendly, efficient, and short handed but there was a lady (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name) who went above and beyond by making my daughter a treat bag out of her own supplies. I’m usually super disappointed with dominos but now I know it’s because I wasn’t going to the right location!

  Too many times I have ordered here and it’s not been busy and the order will either take well over an hour or I’ll get there and the tracker still says it’s prepping but it had been done for 45 mins so the food was soggy and not hot any more. Try to call them and no one answers when I go into the store I’ll sit for 20 mins without anyone talking to me
