I give them 20 minutes before arriving at the location. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for 3 minutes without being greeted, even though most employees were facing the counter and the door chimed. When someone finally greeted me, they informed me without apology that my pizza had not even been started yet. It took another 25 minutes (45 minutes total at this point) for the pizza to be done. Overall quality of pizza was fine. The employees just need some additional training on interacting with customers and the location needs more employees, especially during peak hours.

The medium pizzas have also gotten smaller so I don't think it's worth the price anymore, even with 2 toppings.
