- ARAimee RayfieldDec 16, 20253.0We made an online order of 50 pizzas. We called first to make sure they could handle it. They said they need a 24 hour notice. It was 48 hours away so I went back online to place the order for carry out. We called the day before pickup to make sure they were aware of the size and time of the order. Not very friendly but they said they would be ready. Upon arrival for pickup they hadn't even started the order. He said a lady ordered 36 pizzas that morning so they made hers first. The pizzas were not ready for another 45 minutes or so. I am not sure why they would prioritize an order that gave no notice when we gave 2 days notice per their request of not ordering the day of. Thankfully the pizza at least tasted good since everyone had to wait so long for it. Definitely inconvenienced the two people who left work to pick up the order as well as their departments with them being gone for nearly 2 hours.

They didn't leave a message or voicemail. They said my food was delivered when it wasn't. No picture no nothing. I contacted Uber they couldn't give me a refund and I'm not gonna bother. How about you tell your drivers to actually walk around and look for the apartment number instead of sitting on their butts in the car? Also not taking a picture at all? Really lazy. Refund or not I am NEVER ordering from here again. It's a shame I loved their pizza too.

Thank god for the Domino’s in Powell. Not sure what’s going on here, but I would take business elsewhere.
