  This place is horrible they said they did not have our online order then took 45 minutes to make one pizza and a order of garlic knots and the pizza was over cooked

  After placing my order I seen it was going to take an hour and half to order I have been calling & get hung up on cause I was going to cancel my delivery & tip & go get it myself but they keep hanging up on me ..I'm upset with dominos on merchants rd .

  Ordered THREE hours ago, Have tried calling several times, And they pickup the phone and hangup instantly without even saying anything. I paid with card and want a refund but can't if they are just going to keep hanging up. I have screen recorded me calling them and you can hear them do it.

  This is the 1st time I have had a bad experience with this location. Paying for something and not getting what you paid for is not the fault of the customer. Also being treated like a lair is extreamly unprofessional. If you hate your job or your having a bad day is not an excuse to take it out on PAYING customers. Would really like a refund so if a manager could contact me that would be great. Thanks

  I've lived off Pleasant Ridge Road for around a decade going on now and this Domino's has been my go to for pizza. Besides having my order delivered to wrong apt on accident once, one slight mistake in 10 years and GPS seems to about always send them to wrong area in my apts, and them quickly remaking my order and getting it to me swiftly this Domino's has been on point. Today...and I'm hoping I'm getting delivery drivers name correct, Luis possibly Luiz, called me promptly when he was getting all turned around trying to deliver my order. He didnt have change so I could give him a proper tip and he told me no worries don't worry about it. I asked him to wait so I could run to apt and at least give him a couple bucks for his trouble. Always great customer service and never had an issue with my food order either. Great store and great staff! And if Luis see's this review I appreciate his awesome personality and professionalism. Go Hawks!!
