I then show up only to be told that it's not actually ready and I end up waiting an additional 10 - 15, sometimes 20 minutes. Why have an tracker app that youre so proud of when it doesn't actually give accurate information? I'm guessing because they're on some corporate timer and don't want corporate to know it takes them longer to make the pizza? Either way, giving false info to your customers is a pain.
