- LGLee Guinn3 days ago1.0I ordered online for a carryout order for asap. The said 29-42 minutes, I show up about 30 minutes after I place the order to get the pizza but they told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait. Although frustrating I understood since their screens were quite full. And I waited while they made everybody else's pizza on the earth even though I was the only one there. I waited over 40 minutes after I arrived to get my pizza. The worst part is they didn't even tell me that my order was ready! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE! They called out all the other order names but not mine!? HOW... I had to ask if my pizza was ready after waiting at the location for 40 minutes over an hour since I placed the order. They were not working fast at all considering the pile up of orders and after all that waiting they finally gave me my pizza and all I got was a "sorry for the wait"... Absolutely terrible service. Very frustrating experience and they gave me no compensation of this terrible experience.

I waited 90 minutes and then got a notification that my order was cancelled. No call from them. I called them and they said I wasn't in their delivery area. It took them 90 minutes to determine that. The staff on the phone were horrendous. All they said is that they were busy. Horrible customer service.

I was going to cancel when I see a text saying “Your delivery driver is on the way.” So, I decided to not cancel and when it got here I see that they didn’t cut the pizza and the pizza wasn’t hot. Also on the app it said that my pizza was out of the oven for about an hour.

I wish I could post the pictures of reviews, but just scroll through the reviews and you will know who it is. I was waiting outside a couple of minutes before opening and woman accused me of stalking (I wasn't) and threatened to call cops when I was just trying to wait to order for me and a friend. I called after placing the doordash order and she hung up on me and another friend. A week later, she canceled my order on Doordash and misrepresented my reputation for others over here. My friend and I love Domino's, but we will never be back unless they fire this lady!!! She also seemed to be having a good time with the guy inside and said they were closed that close to opening "for a reason" whatever that means. Stay away from her!!! She hates your service obviously!!!
