    As a long time customer of this location I hate to see what’s happened to it. The lines are long and slow, the quality of food has taken a huge hit, and the portions are pathetic. You would have to order and PAY for double everything in your bowl to get what is a normal portion at the mall or Turkey creek locations. If the taller older gentleman is working the line just save your time and go somewhere else.

    Stopped in for a quick dinner after a long drive up from Florida. Service was fine, but on the slower side. Food was fine, but the inconsistent portions are crazy between stores. Everyone was friendly and nice though. The store itself was a bit of a mess and the beverage area was messy.

    Very lackluster consistency with orders. It's a shame that the item that's being charged extra for (guac) is what most often is left off of your order. Decent food, just needs better order completion training. Smh *Update* Ordered inside this time. Told the lady about missing guac from previous orders: "There's nothing we can do about it." DONE WITH THIS PLACE!

    I understand that I placed my order late. I was set to pickup at 920. However when I got my order it was missing cheese and sour cream, I was disappointed but I at least had that at home. When I further inspected my meal I noticed that the chips that I ordered were stale and that I didn’t get my side of guacamole. The chips and guac is a little over $4 as a side. They included it in the bowl, but that is a normal topping. I tipped them just for them to not include what I asked for. Feels like a slap in the face when they just do the bare minimum. I would’ve been more understanding if she would’ve told me they were out of ingredients. The stale chips however, is unacceptable. I wasn’t able to leave a review on the website because it kept crashing.

    Just got done ordering and eating here and firstly, the food was good. There was no problems with that. The real issue comes from Ashley. She was so rude to me and my family. When trying to order she was so condescending, so aggressive, an so rude. After talking with the workers they said she is not a good boss and they said she is like that often. Ashley really killed our mood and our willingness to come to this location. Just a heads up for anyone who comes to this location.
