Everytime I have came for the past few months the ratio of food they give you is absolutely absurd for the price you have to pay! One scoop of everything is insane! It’s not about the company because you can travel to turkey creeks location and get a good amount for the price you pay! This is not okay! There’s always complaints about this store but nothing done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

They gave me extra rice (I dont get beans so I like quite a bit) without any hesitation or push back like ive gotten before. 10/10. Any time im in knoxville I will be going to this location.

If I have to wait a bit that's one thing but I should have the option to order a Quesadilla, otherwise don't even offer it.

There were three people standing at the register and one sweet young man(blonde) that was serving customers. I saw online order area very busy, looked like they were hustling!! Chips are stale up on that little shelf, so ask for fresh!! Guacamole is outstanding, it's really the reason we come!!
