It was obvious from the first bite (and look) that these were not made with care or attention to detail. The chicken burrito I had was barely edible. The chicken looked like someone had just chopped up a plain chicken breast a few times and tossed it in. Most of the usual ingredients were missing, and what was there was thrown together so poorly it felt like a total afterthought. If this location is a franchise, they should reconsider how they’re operating. If it’s owned by Chipotle corporate, they ought to be ashamed to let food like this leave their kitchen. It was beyond disappointing — easily the worst Chipotle experience we’ve ever had. Never eat at this location.

Always running out of food, meat (chicken and steak) is fatty, dry and tough, and the overall flavor profile is rather bland. Not exactly sure what’s happening at Chipotle…Apparently the stock got hammered today after earnings noted drop in foot traffic for third straight quarter. CEO blamed “macroeconomic pressures”. I blame it on poor food quality. Until corporate figures this out, good luck returning to the glory days.
