But it always seems like this place is very dirty. The most surprising thing that I’ve never heard before was that they weren’t serving chips. Initially, we were told they didn’t have any chips then we were told they weren’t making any more chips. The restaurant was open for at least another three hours, seemed highly unusual to me. odd for a restaurant that serves Mexican style food to not have chips. Seem more like the staff didn’t want to make them or clean up the machine the night. Plenty of other great options in that area.

My husband’s burrito wasn’t even wrapped correctly — it was open and falling apart out of the wrapper. The tea station was almost empty, and there were no spoons and zero napkins in the dispensers. Employees were standing around on their phones instead of cleaning or restocking. Basic standards weren’t being met at all.

Just go to any other location but this one. Worst chipotle I've ever experienced. Don't know how this franchise is still up, I mean just look at the reviews they speak for themselves 😂😂🤦♂️
