    The serves was bad, didnt give me enough toppings on my bowl and couldn't ask for more. I ordered some chips and queso. They didnt give me the queso and when I asked for it they told me I would have to go back in line and buy it.

    This Chipotle USED to be great! I always came here and food/service was wonderful! For the past year I keep giving this specific location "one more chance" Tonight was my final draw! I ordered 2 large sides of guacamole to-go for a Halloween party. By the time I got back to the house (10 mins away) took the guac out of the bag...SMH.. I KNOW avocados oxidize. This guacamole looked like the avocados were over a week old or every single one was bad in the batch they made..or the batch was over a week old. I HATE to leave negative reviews as I used to be in customer service for over 20 years. But like I said..this past year everytime I have ate at this location the food quality has been so poor and DEF NOT A NORMAL Chipotle experience! This was the straw that broke the camels back. They need new management and employees that care in this location so the quality of food can be back to a 5 star review. Even being an employee there is NO WAY I WOULD EVER SERVE this poor quality food to paying customers..Not even my dog!

    well went into the bathroom and there was nasty water all over the floor then go to order food and the workers made us feel so uncomfortable worse of all the food was cold. yall need to get ur mess together

    If I had to think of one word to describe the performance displayed at this Chipotle at the time I went today, it would be "disgusting." Now that I have had time to think about it, it would be an insult to all things I consider disgusting in this world. I came in to get a burrito and was met with an inattentive crew who was only interested in getting my order out of the way. The portions I received were frankly unacceptable and I had to remind the crew to give me my chips after I had ordered him. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated at this Chipotle today. I am literally shaking and holding back tears as I type this..... they will never receive my business again.

    I bought 2 bowls and 2 bags of chips, drive 15 minutes back to my hotel and there’s no chips. Call me picky but I don’t like it without chips, so I drive back there, another 15 minutes and take in my whole order. Told them I didn’t receive my chips and then I’d like my bowls remade since 30 minutes had already passed and then when I drive back it’d be another 15 minutes. So then they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have chips. Okay.. then why did you charge me. At this point I want my money back. After going back and forth and someone else coming up they have the chips now. Okay so you lied then. Get the chips, then asked for my food to be remade so it could be fresh. Short lady with the short bleach blonde hair gets mad at me because she tried to say it couldn’t be remade and then snatched the bag out of my hands. Like sure it can, y’all lied about the chips still charged me for them and all the hassle I had to go through. Don’t be in customer service if you can’t handle it. Remember customer is always right, you want them to be happy.
