  Whoever is manager at this location needs to be replaced immediately. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager at any restaurant in my entire life. This woman will tell you straight to your face she doesnt care that the service isnt good and she does not plan on changing a thing. She makes customers feel extremely uncomfortable & unwelcome by talking very loudly about them when they're sitting RIGHT THERE. I have heard from a few others that they stopped going to any checkers entirely because of the rude service and long wait times. I will never give my money to another checkers because if THIS is who you think should be manager... then im second guessing the rest of the company at this point. If you want this location to survive then you need to cut out the people that obviously dont want to be there or care about their job.

  Cashiers name was Kristie, she was great! Started out being out of things, 15 min. wait in drive thru. I was bringing lunch to my husband and co worker and they are on a time limit. Then excuse was understaffed last excuse fryer was down with a bad attitude from who I think was the manager. NOT KRISTIE! I won't give the drama that went back and forth but she is definitely should not be a manager!! Food was great but I will NEVER go back!!

  Milkshake machine down, out of root beer, out of sweet tea, we’re short handed. It’s always something with this location. Bad attitudes on the employees, cold food. I’m currently 15 minutes into a drive through wait. I only get 30 for lunch. I keep giving them opportunities to get my business and they keep giving me reasons to never come back. Owner is either completely hands off or just checked out and doesn’t care. At this point, just go under so we can have a whataburger or a Culver’s on this piece of real estate.

  Not very often perfection comes from a fast food place (as someone who eats and has worked in food), but my experience today was flawless. I got the $5 MVP with the double cheese. The burger? Perfect spread of condiments, meat and cheese placement. The fries? Hot and fresh. Turnover? Epic. I don't care if I sound like a weirdo, but I about nearly cried in happiness. I drove 15 mins back to the store just to tell them how amazing it was. Working fast food, hardly anyone puts effort into quality, these guys did it and I thank them for it. Definitely will be back, it's my new only go to. God bless!

  The lady who works here is hateful and rude doesnt want to answer any questions about the food or what comes with it with out an attitude got really hateful over a ranch cup like i do believe chicken bites come with a sauce.. then wants to be rude when we were sitting at the table talkin about how most places come with a sauce was like what did you say with an attitude! Would not recommend eating here atomosphere no nice an unless you want to deal with an attitude to order your food i would not recommend at all 0/0 stars! If i could give zero stars i would
