Went ahead and got the two for seven deal which included a double cheeseburger and two chili hotdogs. As you can see from the photos below the cheeseburger is in edible, covered in stuff, and the meat itself doesn’t seem like it’s cooked at all. Or it’s just so full of filler that it doesn’t actually seem like meat. I took a bite and it’s awful. I just ate the chili dogs and my apple pie and left it alone. The girl at the drive-through was kind enough and everything came out quickly, but clearly not correctly. I’ve never eaten at a checkers before, so this is my first experience and I definitely will not be going back.

The customer service was incredible and I could tell the staff makes effort to keep business smooth even in a busy environment. I tried the new MVP meal w/ the mushroom Swiss burger, and I am blown away; I think it rivals the baconzilla for me. All to say, thank you to the staff for making my lunch break easy and sound. Keep up the great work. Side note: It was great to use my $5 rewards from the Checkers App. Items ordered: MVP meal large(mushroom swiss), 5 chicken wings, fry lover XL.

The front said hours were until 3am, made no mention of differing hours between drive thru and dine-in. Whatever, went through drive thru instead. Food came out incorrectly made, old, and just straight up gross. I’ve been to this checkers once and others a few times and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Not to mention the staff were beyond rude and were loudly cursing the entire time.

How hard is it to make a burger? I run a restaurant and I checked the order before I send it out. I wouldn’t recommend this checkers. I’d go another hour to the Nashville location. I will not be eating here or spending any of my money at this restaurant one of the worst ones, I’ve had just look at the pictures. if I was this manager, I’d get your crew in check and learn how to answer the phone. This is why fights break out this is why customers get mad because when someone does screw up, you guys don’t take a accountability for your own actions.👌👌
