  Took forever to get food, employees spent more time standing around and talking on their phones then making food. I sat for nearly 30 mins waiting on one sandwich and was the only customer present.

  Honestly, Charley’s Subs never misses when it comes to feeding my inner carb lover. The steak and cheese was so good I briefly considered proposing to it. The fries? Perfectly crispy, dangerously addictive. The only reason it’s not five stars is because I finished my food too fast and immediately wanted more. Clean spot, friendly staff, and the smell alone deserves a standing ovation.

  16 minutes for a chicken Philly, fries and 6 wings??? Packed it up to go and it was just sitting there...we were dining in. The woman at the counter was saucing one wing at a time. Asked for a refund and the owner was very argumentative and said 'wings take time . Have you never had chicken wings? We fry chicken and fries separately. She's working alone' there were 2 other employees and we were the only order... And it was 1030 in the morning...so wait. If you have chicken and fries, one is sitting there getting cold until the other item can be started?

  0/10 – Horrible service. Ordered 2 Philly cheesesteaks and a Bacon 3 Ranch, but was charged for 2 veggie sandwiches instead. When I called, staff refused to remake them, hung up on me, and even blocked my number. Drove 30 minutes for nothing and got treated rudely. Will never return.
