  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had ordered 30+ mins in advance. And went I got there it was still not ready. And the lady that was putting them in bag kept going to the back disappearing and leaving the food in the counter cold and soggy. She sucked as an employee, she barely did anything. Horrible service on her part👎 and there was food missing still.

  10/10 hard workers fr. Latinos out here working hard. Friendly and great food. Hispanic short dude with glasses amazing worker fr.

  Even when they had their little rush I waited no longer than 5 minutes. The staff are super friendly even when reminding you about the 60 something cent ranch fee if you desire that condiment. Ketchup is free so you tomato fans are safe. Highly satisfied

  I just found a hair in my steak and cheese sandwich that I ordered through DoorDash I was extremely disappointed so I called the number on my receipt to no avail. I ended up with customer service who Directed me to the management at Westtown Mall of Charlie’s they asked me Via text to send a picture of My sandwich Which I did. There are still no lines of communication with meme after sending a picture in As well asno reimbursement, no food -nothing- So all I had the pleasure of doing today was reheating a sandwich just to bite into steak and cheese with someone else’s hair in my mouth. The worst part is I paid 30 bucks for the order through DoorDash- Buyer beware the reviews aren’t good. I should’ve checked first.
